Crypto markets rallied Friday after stronger-than-expected PPI data suggested easing inflation. Bitcoin climbed 4% to around $82,500, with similar gains for Ethereum and XRP.

Bitcoin outperformed all major altcoins in Q1, surpassing most by 12%. However, it lagged behind equities and gold, with a 30% drop in weekly trading volume from November 2024, according to Kaiko Research.
