AMC's CEO Told Robinhood To Halt Its Stock Token. Robinhood Told Him To Send Lawyers
Adam Aron called on Robinhood to "CEASE AND DECIST" trading of AMC stock tokens and said the company's securities counsel is looking at whether it can force a halt. Chief Legal Officer Dan Gallagher answered "Send your lawyers and we'll educate them." The token's onchain supply grew from 157,844 to 1.5 million in the 18 hours between the two posts, and at least 23 memecoins whose names spell AMC launched against it.
