The broader crypto markets are catching up after Bitcoin’s eye-watering rally to test $100,000. Bitcoin’s market dominance has slid to 54.5% since tagging 57.9% on Nov. 26 as ETH and altcoins rallied.

Solv Protocol, a booming Bitcoin staking protocol, announced that it will soon launch a token. The news follows Solv’s total value locked soaring 2,500% since the project’s points program kicked off in April.

ZachXBT, a respective on-chain researcher, accused Serpent, a former pro gamer, of using compromised social accounts of public figures and companies to promote rug-pull tokens. However, ZachXBT found that the ill-gotten gains were gambled away.

🆕Curve Launches ‘Lite’ Protocol Targeting Ethereum’s Layer 2 Ecosystem

Curve Finance launched Curve-Lite, an open-source protocol allowing Layer 2 rollups to permissionless deploy Curve’s core decentralized exchange infrastructure. CurveDAO will retain control over deployments, allowing it to govern admin fees and contract assets, and distribute CRV emissions.
