Weekly Recap: Circle Has Explosive Wall Street Debut

Happy weekend Defiers!

Crypto markets had a volatile week, driven by macroeconomic concerns that were exacerbated by an online feud between President Trump and billionaire Elon Musk.

Bitcoin is on track to end the week above $105,000 after trading as low as $100,400 on Thursday, but most altcoins are down over the past seven days.

Stablecoin issuer Circle’s stock debut met overwhelming investor demand, with CRCL rallying nearly 300% from its issue price by Friday.

Elon Musk’s X is partnering with Polymarket as its official prediction market, the companies revealed on Friday.

Meanwhile, Ethereum leadership is reorganizing around its new simplified roadmap, while the Foundation released a new treasury management strategy.

Plus, the Trump family’s crypto ventures are in the spotlight again.
