Markets are holding steady today, keeping most of yesterday’s gains, despite escalating military action in the Middle East, and the Crypto Fear and Greed Index remaining in the “extreme fear” zone. While total market cap is flat at $2.4 trillion, BTC has slipped below $69K and ETH below $2K, both down less than 2% on the day.
Among smaller cap assets, Venice AI’s VVV outperformed yesterday on news of actual AI-related utility. Meanwhile, spot crypto ETFs continued their positive flows on Monday, after last week’s net flows flipped into the green for the first time in five weeks.
On the regulatory front, a New York court dismissed a class action lawsuit against Uniswap Labs. The judge found that the org can’t be held liable for fraudulent activities conducted by third parties on Uniswap — an important precedent for DeFi platforms and the companies that develop them.
