Kraken has announced Bitcoin Vault, a new product within Kraken Earn that allows customers to earn up to 2.5% in BTC-denominated rewards on their Bitcoin holdings.

Kraken is deprecating its existing cross-chain infrastructure and moving exclusively to Chainlink CCIP to secure Kraken Wrapped Bitcoin (kBTC) and all future wrapped assets.

Payward says the OCC national trust charter would complement Kraken's banking arm, Kraken Financial.
