The crypto markets are consolidating after Bitcoin’s eye-watering rally above $93,000, with BTC last changing hands for $88,000. The retracement comes in spite of record inflows to spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, with $2.5 billion flowing into BTC and $578 million entering ETH funds this week.

The FBI raided the home of Shayne Coplan, the CEO of Polymarket, confiscating electronic devices including his cell phone. Reports say the raid came amid a DoJ investigation into whether the platform violated U.S. regulation amid its multi-billion-dollar volume surge amid the 2024 U.S. election.
