The Arbitrum Foundation's first-half report puts $360,000 of Arbitrum Expansion Program license fees at 35% of ArbitrumDAO's July income, the first month Robinhood Chain ran on mainnet.

Laser Digital will act as risk governor for lending markets built with Keyring Network, with the first markets readied for Euler Finance. Neither company disclosed committed capital, fee terms or a launch date.

Bank of America, Citi, Goldman Sachs, UBS, Deutsche Bank and 16 other firms said Tuesday they will incorporate a company in the second half of 2026 to issue a dollar stablecoin, with a market launch targeted for the first half of 2027. The announcement did not name the company, its owners, its executives or the blockchain it will use.
