Robinhood Says Shares And Votes Are Coming For Stock Tokens

Crypto chief Johann Kerbrat said on Monday that in-kind redemption and voting are on the roadmap for Robinhood Stock Tokens. The base prospectus governing the tokens says holders are not entitled to physical delivery of the underlying shares and have no voting rights, and the final terms let the issuer lend those shares out and waive the votes.
