Bored Ape Yacht Club announced a sequel to Dookey Dash, a token-gated mini-game that was popular in 2023.

Dookey Dash: Unclogged, which will launch on Sept. 12, is currently available for pre-download on both the Apple and Android app stores. Players are competing for a $1 million prize pool.

The first iteration of Dookey Dash featured a Sewer Pass NFT that was airdropped to Ape NFT holders with varying tiers. The Sewer Pass NFTs surpassed 2 ETH in floor price at one point, as players scrambled to compete or outsource their account to try and earn the 1/1 Golden Key NFT.

Professional Fortnite player Kyle Jackson, known as Mongraal, won the key NFT was eventually. Mongraal, who has amassed over 5 million YouTube subscribers, sold the 1/1 Golden Key for a whopping 1,000 ETH, worth roughly $2.4 million today.

After the game period ended, the Sewer Pass NFTs converted into player characters for an upcoming Yuga Labs game called HV-MTL, which is now controlled by one of Yuga’s partners, Faraway.

Dookey Dash: Unclogged will be free to play, and available on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.
