Injective Launches inEVM Compatible with Solana and Cosmos

Injective Protocol, a Layer 1 blockchain geared toward trading applications, has released inEVM, a rollup designed to allow cross-chain composability. It is touted as achieving true compatibility between Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana.
The release also leverages some of the newer technologies in the space, including data availability protocol Celestia, data oracle Pyth network, rollup provider Hyperlane, and LayerZero Labs.
Injective’s INJ token is one of the stars of the ongoing crypto rally. It has surged fivefold since October 2023 and is up nearly 30% in the past month.

One of the loftier goals of the crypto industry is cross-chain compatibility. For now, the majority of networks operate as silos, usually with their own native programming languages, dApps, and developers.
Cross-chain bridges, the glue between blockchains, have become a prime target for hackers, highlighting the need for safer solutions.
Injective’s inEVM aims to end fragmentation by bringing together three of the industry's largest ecosystems.
