Aptos Foundation Partners with Nvidia-backed Ignition AI

At Token2049, the Aptos Foundation announced its partnership with the Ignition AI Accelerator to further blockchain integration into the rapidly growing artificial intelligence sector.

Through the partnership, the foundation will “work to connect its expertise and Aptos-related technology with artificial intelligence solutions that are expected to be the game changer for economies and businesses.”

The Ignition AI Accelerator was launched in May 2024 and is based out of Singapore. The firm is backed by industry behemoths, including Nvidia, Tribe, and Digital Industry Singapore (DISG), and is “designed to identify high-potential, growth-stage tech founders to accelerate their success and growth.”

Bashar Lazaar, Head of Grants and Ecosystem at the Aptos Foundation, said, “The growth potential for AI is unmatched, and we look forward to leading the way in this transformative approach to fueling innovation and entrepreneurship.”

The Aptos Foundation will provide Ignition with resources and support for AI startups incubated by the program and assist them through global market connections.
