Eligible investors can now borrow USDG against a fund holding high-yield corporate bonds and CLO tranches, collateral whose value moves daily with credit spreads.

The reported plan would route U.S. traders through CFTC-regulated Bitnomial, while neither Payward nor Hyperliquid has confirmed a deal.

The commitment will fund more GPU loans; USD.AI’s API reported $265 million in loan reserves and $491 million in TVL.
