Ondo’s Oasis Pro Markets Joins DTCC’s Fund/SERV Processing Network

Ondo Finance’s broker-dealer subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets has joined DTCC’s Fund/SERV platform, becoming the network’s first tokenization-company participant, according to a joint announcement published Sept. 16.
DTCC said the membership gives Oasis a standardized connection to fund companies, wealth platforms and service providers on a network that handles more than 85% of U.S. mutual fund transaction activity. Ondo’s announcement said one connection replaces fund-by-fund integrations.
DTCC also confirmed the membership on its official X account.
FINRA’s BrokerCheck lists Oasis Pro Markets, CRD 149420, as a brokerage firm regulated by FINRA and identifies Ondo Finance Inc. as its owner. Oasis Pro Markets is the regulated Ondo entity that joined Fund/SERV.
One Connection, Not One Automatic Product Launch
Fund/SERV processes and settles transactions between fund companies and distributors. Through a single standardized connection, Oasis can transact with fund companies, wealth platforms and service providers without separate integrations, DTCC said.
The connection supports account-level data, transaction confirmations, reconciliation, fund distributions, tax reporting and regulatory reporting. DTCC’s Fund Solutions page separately says the service handles digital order submissions, confirmations and daily settled trades.
That centralizes operational messages and settlement rather than forcing Oasis to create separate connectivity with each fund counterparty. The joint release did not identify a specific Ondo product already transacting on Fund/SERV, a distributor, a first transaction or a go-live date.
DTCC said the membership paves the way for Ondo tokenized funds to be distributed across the traditional fund ecosystem. The disclosed change is participant access and standardized connectivity; product-level implementation on Fund/SERV remains unannounced.
Fund/SERV was built to replace the bilateral links between fund companies and distributors that the industry called the “Spaghetti Model.” The platform launched in 1986, now serves more than 1,300 clients and moves more than $12 trillion annually, according to DTCC’s history of the service.
“Ondo’s participation in Fund/SERV demonstrates how established industry infrastructure can support the next phase of market evolution,” Talia Klein, DTCC’s managing director and head of wealth and investment solutions, said in the announcement.
A product-level milestone would be a named Ondo fund and distributor beginning transactions on Fund/SERV. The joint release provided no timetable.
