As Bitcoin inches closer to an all-time high in dollar terms, the market capitalization of the world’s most valuable blockchain has already surpassed its November 2021 peak of $1.27 trillion.
The network is currently valued at $1.32 trillion, according to data from CoinMarketCap.
Nearly 2 million BTC have been issued as block rewards to miners since November 2021 - Bitcoin’s circulating supply stands at 19.64 million today, up from 18.87M at the height of the last bull market.
Meanwhile, investor appetite for spot Bitcoin ETFs shows no signs of slowing down, with ProShares’ BITO set to surpass $1 billion in trading volume today.
